Answers to frequently asked questions about the Nterprisers Messaging feature, a powerful (and private) tool for investment/partnering, sourcing and sales.
To send a message via Nterprisers:
- Log into your account.
- Search for the company you would like to contact.
- Open the company’s profile page.
- Click the Message button.
- Write your message and send.
Alternatively, you can open the Messaging feature from the top navigation bar and type the company or person's name into the field where prompted.
Messages are sent privately through the Nterprisers platform to the representative(s) managing that company’s profile.
Messaging limits depend on your account type. For example,
> Professional Plus accounts include 25 messaging credits per month for customers, partners, and investors.
> Manufacturers, even those with free accounts, enjoy unlimited private one-to-one messaging.
When you send a message through Nterprisers, you are contacting the company directly through the Platform’s private messaging system.
If the company has claimed its profile, your message goes to the verified representative(s) managing that profile. This is typically a company owner or authorized team member.
If a company has not claimed its profile, Nterprisers will relay your Message via email. Messaging availability may be limited until the profile is claimed.
Nterprisers does not display email addresses. Messages are sent within the platform to protect privacy and reduce spam.
Message limits depend on your account type.
Manufacturers (Owners):
Free owner accounts include unlimited private one-to-one messaging with other members on the platform.
For Customers, Local Partners, and Investors:
Free accounts for customers, partners, and investors have no messaging access.
Professional Plus subscribers receive 25 messaging credits per month.
Nterprisers is designed to support direct, meaningful business conversations, not mass outreach.
Messaging is structured as private, one-to-one communication to:
- Protect member privacy
- Reduce spam and unsolicited bulk messaging

This approach helps ensure that when you reach out to a company, your message is intentional and more likely to lead to a productive conversation.
While you can include up to 4 other Nterprisers users in one message, the platform does not function as a mass-email or broadcast system.
Nterprisers is built to strengthen real business relationships, not flood inboxes.
If a company profile has not yet been claimed, your message may be sent to the company’s publicly available contact email associated with that business.
Once the company claims and manages its profile, future messages are delivered directly to the verified representative(s) through Nterprisers’ private messaging system.
When you receive a message on Nterprisers, it will appear in your account’s messaging area once you log in.
Depending on your notification settings, you may also receive an email notification letting you know that a new message has arrived.
To ensure you don’t miss messages, it’s a good practice to:
- Log into your account regularly
- Confirm your contact email is up to date
- Check your Messaging dashboard
When you send a message on Nterprisers, you’re asked to select a message type. While not required, this helps give the recipient immediate context about why you’re reaching out.
For example:
- General Inquiry may be an introduction or clarification.
- Request Services signals a sourcing or business opportunity.
- Investment Interest indicates financial or acquisition discussions.
- Marketplace relates to surplus, inventory, or transaction-based activity.

Nterprisers does not sell, rent, or share your email address with other companies.
Email addresses are not displayed publicly on company profiles. Messaging happens within the platform’s private system to protect member privacy and reduce unsolicited outreach.
If you receive a message through Nterprisers, it is sent through the platform, not because your email address was shared.
Nterprisers is designed to support direct, intentional business connections, not to create marketing lists.
Nterprisers includes privacy controls that allow companies to manage how they appear on the platform and how they are contacted.
Messaging is designed to be intentional and one-to-one, not mass outreach.
If you prefer not to receive certain types of inquiries, you can manage your account and privacy settings accordingly.
If you receive a message that is inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to legitimate business activity, you can report it to Nterprisers support for review.
