Nterprisers, Inc. (“Nterprisers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a digital platform for business owners to connect with other industry participants, such as potential customers, collaborators and investors. You may subscribe to Nterprisers as a local manufacturer or business owner (“Owner”), or as a customer, a collaborator or an investor.
We understand that your information is important, and we are committed to respecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information about businesses and individuals, including when you use our website located at www.nterprisers.com (the “Site”), the services offered through the Site
(collectively with the Site, the “Services”), or have other interactions with Nterprisers.

1. Important Information You Should Know
By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you accept the practices and terms detailed in this Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of another party (including a business entity), you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all rights, consents, and permissions to do so; and (ii) that you have obtained such party’s express consent and agreement to this Privacy Policy. In the event that any company and/or third party alleges that they were unaware of or did not consent to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that Nterprisers is not responsible for any such activities (including any damages
resulting therefrom).
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from such an individual, you may directly request the deletion of such information by contacting us.
The Services are intended for access and use in the United States only. If you choose to access the Site or any Services from outside of the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, and
processed, in the United States and may be transferred to and processed by Nterprisers and our service providers in other countries where data protection laws differ.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the “Last Revised” date indicated above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you access the
Services to make sure that you understand our information collection, use, and disclosure practices. We will indicate when changes have been made by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services, or any portion thereof, following the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will endeavor to provide notice on the Site or
within the Services.
The Nterprisers Services may contain links to third party websites that we do not control. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Site and go to another website, and another entity may collect information from or about you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such outside websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit. The links to third
party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties
or their products, content or websites.
2. What information do we collect?
Nterprisers collects information regarding businesses and individuals in their professional capacity and uses this information to create profiles of businesses that are published on or through the Services (each, a “Company Profile”). Certain information we collect includes “Personal Data,” meaning data that allows someone to identify or contact you. Personal Data we may collect includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, job title, and other information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing.
We also collect information regarding businesses and anonymous data that is not associated with Personal Data and cannot, by itself, identify any individual persons. This business information and anonymous data
may be associated with your Personal Data and used to compile and create information about companies and Company Profiles.
So, where do we get this information from?
Information Collected from Public Sources and Third Parties. The information we collect and use to create Company Profiles comes from a variety of sources, including information we gather from publicly available websites, social media platforms, and other third-party sources. We may also collect information through phone interviews, surveys, and other market research conducted by our team. Information we collect from these sources includes business information such as company logos, graphics, and summaries of businesses, as well as Personal Data, including your name, business contact information, mailing address, and job title.
In addition, we may receive information about you from your company or employer, including for the purpose of enabling you to create an account. For example, we may receive information regarding your name, email, address, and other identifiers.
Information You Provide to Nterprisers. Visitors can generally browse the Site without creating an account. However, if you choose to register for an account, subscribe to Services, or otherwise communicate with us, we will collect Personal Data that you provide to us through the Services or otherwise. This information may
include professional or personal contact information, such as your first and last name, billing and mailing addresses, phone number, email address, company name, and job title.
For example:
- If you communicate with us, including to provide us feedback, post on or through the Services, fill out surveys or questionnaires, participate in promotions or marketing activities, or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name, e-mail address, and any other content included in your
communication, in order to send you a reply or otherwise fulfill your request. - If you register for or subscribe to the Services, you will be asked to provide information about yourself to create your account. We will collect information you submit, as well as online identifiers and account information, such as your email, username, and password.
- If you subscribe as an Owner, we may also ask for information that is used to verify your status as the owner of the company, either directly or through a third-party identification service
(“Verification Provider”). Information collected for verification purposes may include your cell phone number or email addresses with credentialed domains such as government or education institutions. We may reaffirm or re-verify your status with Verification Providers as needed or
required. - After you subscribe to the Services or otherwise create an account, you may also have the opportunity to validate or provide information regarding your company. We will collect
information that you provide, which may include your professional contact information, such as your phone number, email address, and job title. - If you opt-in to receive and engage with our email communications, we will collect marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
- We may also collect Personal Data at other points in the Services that state that Personal Data is being collected.
Information Collected on Behalf of Subscribers. The Services enable customers that subscribe to Services (“Subscribers”) to validate, create, enhance, and share information regarding their companies and otherwise interact with other users of the Services. We do not control the content developed by Subscribers or the information that Subscribers choose to collect, store, share, or otherwise process, including by using the Services. Our Subscribers control, and are fully responsible for, all content created and any and all information that they collect, store, share, and/or process using the Services, and for ensuring that such collection, storage, use, sharing, and/or processing activities comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including any obligation to provide notice and/or obtain consent prior to transferring the personal information to Nterprisers for processing purposes. With respect to information collected and processed on behalf of Subscribers, Nterprisers is a processor acting in accordance with our Subscriber’s instructions.
Information Collected Using Technology. When you access or use our Services, we may automatically collect information about your device and your visit. For example, we may collect your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or your device’s unique identification number, and information about your operating system, access times, browser type and language. Certain information that we collect automatically may not include Personal Data, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Data you provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a more personalized experience, including by storing information about your preferences, recognizing you when you return to the Service, and providing you with better technical support.
To collect this information, we use various technologies, including:
Our Servers. To make the Site more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, IP address, and domain name.
Log Files. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. As noted above, we may associate your Personal Data with business and anonymous information we have collected from various sources to compile and create information about companies and Company Profiles.
We use Personal Data collected through the Services for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you on or in connection with the Services. In general, Personal Data you submit to us
is used to administer the Services and respond to requests that you make. For example, we may use your Personal Data:
- to provide the Services to you, including to maintain Subscriber records and provide you with
information about new products, features, enhancements, and events of interest; - to create Company Profiles, including by linking or combining your information with other
information we gather from other sources; - to market our Services to you, including through email;
- to send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as updates regarding the Services, security,
or support and maintenance advisories; - to operate and provide improved administration of the Services;
- to improve the quality of experience when you interact with the Services;
- to send you follow-up communications when you contact us via e-mail, submit feedback, or post on or through the Services;
- to comply with and enforce as needed applicable legal requirements, industry standards, our policies and our contractual rights; and to carry out any other purpose conveyed to you at the time the information was collected.
We may also create anonymous data records from Personal Data by excluding information that makes the information personally identifiable. We reserve the right to use anonymous data for any purpose and disclose anonymous data to third parties in our sole discretion, including for purposes of research, modeling, analysis, and development of our Services.
4. Who do we share information with?
We disclose your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy, including:
With Your Consent. We may share your Personal Data with your consent, including if we notify you through the Services that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such
information. In addition, we do not publicly display contact information of Owners on the Services, including in Company Profiles or messaging features, unless the Owners elect to share it. However, the Services may
offer features which let you verify and share your information with other users of the Services or the public, including on a Company Profile.
With Third Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Data with third party vendors, consultants, and other services providers who are working on our behalf and need access to your information to carry out
their work for us. For example, we may use service providers to assist us with payment processing, identity verification, marketing, website hosting, and technical support. These third-party service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by Nterprisers.
In Connection with a Corporate Restructuring. We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or
proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, bankruptcy, reorganization, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. For example, if another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
For Compliance and Safety. Regardless of any choices you make with respect to your Personal Data, Nterprisers may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Nterprisers; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Nterprisers or users of the Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use.
5. What are your information choices?
You have several choices regarding the use of your information on or through the Services, including:
Company Profiles. If you are an Owner, you may update the information on your Company Profile at any time by logging into your account. You can also request to correct or remove Personal Data or other contact
information from a Company Profile, or remove the Company Profile entirely if you are no longer in business, by contacting us. Please note that we may ask you to provide information that will enable us to verify your
identity and ownership of the company before we can comply with your request. We reserve the right to deny your request if we have a good faith, reasonable belief that the request is fraudulent.
Email Communications. We may periodically send marketing and promotional e-mails. If you receive promotional communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the
unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by emailing us directly. Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service-related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
Cookies. You can decide whether or not to accept cookies at any time by instructing your browser’s settings to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting a Cookie from the websites you visit. Consult your browser’s technical information. If you do not accept Cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions, or all functionality, of the Services. If you have any questions about how to disable or modify Cookies, please contact us.
Change or Delete Your Personal Data. Personal Data collected by or submitted to us will be retained for such period as may be required to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or such other period as
may be required by law. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. However, please note that we may be required by law to keep such
information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from our active databases, but may remain in our archives.
Do Not Track Browser Setting. Your browser may allow you to set a Do Not Track (DNT) signal indicating that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked. Please note that we do not currently respond to “do not
track” signals from web browsers.
6. State-Specific Disclosures and Rights
Certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia, provide residents of the state with additional privacy rights, including to:
- Access/Know. You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months, upon verification of your identity, and subject to certain
exceptions under applicable law. - Delete. You have the right to request the deletion of certain personal information that we have collected about you.
- Correct. You have the right to request correction of inaccuracies in personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose.
- Opt-Out of Personal Data Sales. Nterprisers does not sell Personal Data for money or other valuable consideration, but you have the right to request that we do not process your Personal Data (now or in the future) for: (a) targeted advertising; (b) sharing or sales; or (c) profiling in
furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. - To Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales; however, please know that we do not sell data triggering the Nevada statute’s opt-out requirements.
The exact scope of the rights set forth in this section may vary by state. To exercise these rights, or appeal our decisions regarding a request related to your privacy rights, please contact us.
Only you, or an agent legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 45 days from when you contact us. After submitting a request, we may ask you to provide information that will enable us to verify your identity in order to comply with your request. Please note that we may deny an opt-out request if we have a good faith,
reasonable belief that the request is fraudulent. Further, in many instances, Nterprisers does not collect types of personal information that enable us to identify you. As such, if we do not have information that
permits us to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.
