Time-saving regional industrial marketplace and expanded, insight-rich Dashboard are latest improvements to B2B Manufacturing platform
[Click here for Photos / Images]PROVIDENCE, RI — March 18, 2026 — Nterprisers (Nterprisers.com) today launched two major platform updates to its hyperlocal platform connecting Rhode Island and Massachusetts manufacturers: a redesigned Dashboard and a new manufacturers-only Marketplace. Both features were built to help smaller, private manufacturing companies manage costs, save time, and get streamlined access to resources for growth.
Operational consultant Chris Cinieri, Senior Project Manager at Polaris MEP, said he felt the industrial Marketplace addresses a common pain point and turns unneeded surplus into an asset.
“The Marketplace is extremely valuable for clients with excess inventory,” said Cinieri. “By claiming their Nterprisers profile, manufacturers can access a free industrial marketplace and connect with companies that need what they have."
The upgraded Dashboard will reduce friction for busy manufacturers. It makes it easier to jump back into the platform and quickly connect with prospective suppliers and customers.
“Manufacturers don’t need more things to manage; they need clearer, faster paths to action,” said Deepa Krishnamurthy, Co-Founder of Nterprisers. “This Dashboard update gives busy users a true control center.”
New manufacturers-only Marketplace: built for local industrial buying and selling
The new Marketplace can be used by any registered Manufacturing user. (Rhode Island and Massachusetts manufacturers can register for free.) Users can post items for sale or lease, or give them away.
Cinieri explained that because contracts change, or the minimum quantity of purchases exceeds the actual amount needed, many manufacturers have excess equipment, components or shipping materials at their facility. This surplus is costly for the manufacturer, in clutter, time spent managing the inventory, storage fees and more.
Currently, the options for manufacturers include online services that take a cut of the sale and require shipping the items long distances or posting items on local social media.
Kelly Ward, Co-Founder of Ward’s Manufacturing, called national services a “huge hassle” and said that local online marketplaces “have gotten really difficult to use. You can receive many inquiries but it’s challenging to figure out which ones are authentic.”
In contrast, transactions and negotiations are simple and direct by leveraging Nterprisers’ confidential messaging feature, and Nterprisers does not charge manufacturers for the feature.
“The Nterprisers Marketplace adds a layer of trust ... This is a great tool to use when you need it now,” said Ward.
A redesigned Dashboard that works harder for Manufacturers
In tandem with the Marketplace, Nterprisers is launching a redesigned Dashboard built around modules that make platform navigation and feature discovery more intuitive, especially for users who may log in, step away, and return days or weeks later.
The new Dashboard includes:
- Message updates: Quick view of recent conversations and unread message counts with click-through access. Messaging was launched in January 2026.
- A rotation of Featured Companies: Newly active users are spotlighted, automatically enabling discovery.
- Insights: Relevant next actions, thought leadership materials, and links to opportunities that can help a local manufacturer be more resilient or to grow
“These new features are part of the ongoing evolution of the Nterprisers Platform from a high-quality dataset to a true convening place for local manufacturers,” said Krishnamurthy.
"Whether the job to be done is finding new sales, strengthening a supply chain, or turning unused components into an asset, Nterprisers makes it quick and easy to search, find and connect.”
